  Sorrento Lighthouse Market has friendly/helpful staff and the best beer selection in the area. It's well worth checking out if your spending some time in the area.

  Prices and selection are surprisingly good for a small town. Years ago the main shopping was across the street but this one certainly took over. Blind bay is just a few mins drive away and is larger and nicer but lighthouse is closer to where I always stay and gives me no reason to look elsewhere.

  Did you forget something at Costco in Kamloops? You're probably going to find it at this convenience / grocery / liquor store.

  It’s convenient and located only 6 minutes from where I live. We get their weekly flyer in the mail. They carry a good stock of Liquor and on occasion have good sales. I recently bought some T Bone steaks, Montreal smoked sandwich meat and Island farms Ice cream all at excellent weekly sale prices. The product was all excellent, tasty and fresh. If you live or are driving through Sorrento, would highly recommend them for your short grocery supply.
