  They were aware that we had three children at the table and they brought out two of the three meals after 3 hours of waiting but left my seven-year-old daughter crying her eyes out as she was so hungry. They could have brought her a dessert or just anything to tide her over until the dinner came but nothing.

  This was the worst eating at a restaurant experience I have ever encountered in my life. The service is brutal as it took 3 hours just to get our meal which they totally screwed up.

  Reservations during peak season is recommended not to drive or boat all the ya there and be disappointed. If you do you, you can always take out pizza.

  I'm speaking of Finz restaurant. Incredibly horrible food for many years. We had food poisoning last night from undercooked pizza & overcooked fish & chips. Paid $64 + tip. The calamari also smelled fishy.

  We understand they can only store food for so long, but c'mon!! We were the the only customers there!! This keeps on happening, so many other complaints, not from me.

  The View of the water and sunset is great but it is not even close to being worth ever going back there again. My son Finn and the rest of the family give Finz two thumbs down and two middle fingers up.

  Not only did they screw up her order but when they said they had done it correctly and packed it up for us to go on our boat when we got back to our Resort it was again screwed up. In addition they charge us for the full meal accept the screwed up Pizza. They did not offer to take off anything for drinks or offer desserts or really an apology. Just excuses that there was a mix-up.

  Finz is a great, must stop place to eat either by vehicle or sail. The atmosphere is very friendly, the scenery you can't beat and the staff were fantastic. The food was fast, hot and absolutely delicious. Their prices were decent as well. I would recommend making reservations to ensure a seat as they are very busy. We made res and got in early.
